Feeding & affixing unit
The carrier products are deposited in the friction feeder's vertival magazine, separated and transferred to the vacuum conveyor via the exit extension.
By integration of a hot melt application system as well as an LHP servo friction feeder above the vacuum conveyor the carrier product can be equipped with an additional product (e.g. account card on letter or gift card on eflyer), with continuous machine operation.
The complete products can be optionally identified and evaluated by using a camera system or a barcode scanner (option). In combination with out patent registered ejection unit, faulty products during passage.
Products can either be trabsferred to a shingling outfeed conveyor or collected in a stacking tray in order to be taken off manually.
Short changeover-times ensure the economical operation of this module. Also if small batch sizes are produced.

- LB-2 friction feeder, feeding width 250mm with 150mm exit extension.
- LHP servo friction feeder, feeding width 250mm with 300mm exit extension.
- Double vacuum conveyor, length 2500mm
- Hot Melt application system (Different glue types, depending on application)
